Large Turning Work Cell

Greno is your go-to source for CNC manufacturing of large parts. The work cell consists of 5 machines. We have the equipment and the expertise (CNC Milling and CNC Turning) to manufacture large parts, at a competitive price, in-house.

We have the equipment capabilities that range from Ø30” to Ø80”. Greno has two Oil Field Okuma turning centers; LOC650 with 4 Axis Simulturn, 36” chuck with a 14” through hole and 80” in length and the LU 7000, equipped with a Ø32.00” chuck which has twin turrets with milling capabilities on the upper turret. The features of these two machines with quick changeover live tooling results in reduced machine time and cost. The Toshiba TU-200 S has live tooling and is capable of linear and circular interpolation with a cutting capacity of up to Ø80.00”. The New Century VTL’S 76” chuck with live tooling and the King has a 72” chuck.
