The GIS Valve is designed and manufactured by Geno Industries and is a flawless and safe option as a boiler pressure relief system. All seals are precisely milled steel creating a leak free operation. All GIS Valves are milled and assembled at the Greno Factory. Greno is a machining and fabricating shop operating in an expansive 60,000 square foot facility having 3 work cells with multiple overhead cranes, making it easy to move and work on large components. We feature a full line of CNCMilling and Turning equipment of various sizes. Our large machine work cell has been a perfect fit for the shipbuilding and defense industries. Our horizonal lathes can turn up to 38” diameter and 120” length, vertical lathes with live tooling cover up to 8’, and our mills can support 80” in diameter x axis, 43” in y axis and 38” in the z axis.

Working as a supplier to the ship building industry requires highly skilled CNC machinists using CAD/CAM programming to achieve a high level of precision accuracy. Our multi axis machining, with complex geometries capabilities, allow us work within the specifications that the ship manufacturers demand.
Although we specialize in machining large parts in stainless steel, we will also work with steel, aluminum, copper, nickel alloy, and many other materials including experimental metals.
