Building a career in a machine shop isn’t on everyone’s radar these days, but in reality, it is a job where you can build wealth that will not only help you financially, it will help you grow as a person. Greno has a history of putting its best foot forward and building a workforce from within, based on current industry needs. We take the time to bring all interns into our machine shop and show them how the trade works.

Greno is giving kids a pathway to not just have a great paying job, but a way to have a fulfilling life in the future, and we will train to get them to reach their goals  from the moment they enter our shop.
