The G.I.S. hydraulic pilot-operated power control valve is designed for safety, durability and ease of maintenance. Its unique design provides operations reliability for systems ranging in pressure up to 3000 psi, at temperatures up to 1100 degrees Fahrenheit. Design advantages include:

We have engineered a remote pilot triggering system, allowing our valve to use a hydraulic pressure system which uses up to four times the force of our competitors spring-loaded valve. Once the stellited hardened nozzle is seated, it creates a leak-free seal to the upper pressure disc. At that point all pressure is vented and there is no potential for chattering when the valve is seated. This reduces the possibility of damage to the valve during the application process.
